The Chair Group of Agricultural Production and Resource Economics (PuR) at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) aims to set-up and develop a high-quality-oriented research and analysis network with leading Chinese universities and institutes based on mutual learning and knowledge transfer with respect to state­of-the-art data generation, empirical evidence generation, and management as well as policy optimization.

For this purpose, we invite you to submit abstracts for presentations at the 3rd Sino-German Junior Researcher Workshop on Agricultural and Resource Economics. Exemplary topics include:

- The economic impact of circular practices and biotechnology in agricultural production

- Sustainable natural resource management in agriculture

- The role of artificial intelligence in optimizing resource use in agriculture

- The effectiveness of government programs in promoting sustainable agriculture

- The impact of natural resource (i.e. water and land) policies on agricultural productivity

Other topics in the area of agricultural and resource economics with an empirical focus are welcomed, too. Research covering the geographical European and Asian regions will be considered.
