Academic career
Elisa Rodepeter has been a researcher in the ZEW Research Department "Economics of Innovation and Industrial Dynamics" since December 2022 and a doctoral candidate at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) since January 2023. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, with particular emphasis on the human capital of founders and its influence on entrepreneurial decisions and firm success. Her current research projects examine the role of migration, personality, and financial literacy in the founding process. In addition, she lectures at the ADG Business School of Steinbeis University. Elisa Rodepeter completed her bachelor's and master's degrees in the "Management and Technology" program at TUM, specializing in computer science as well as economics and political science.
